We were moving to Alachua with very short notice. My family and I were looking to buy our first home but we had to have one within 3 weeks and so we needed someone who could operate under these tight deadlines. Danette was highly recommended and had a track record of successful and efficient closings. Honestly, I was skeptical that anyone could find us a house that we all loved, within our budget, in under three weeks. Well, Danette did just that. She was available day and night and worked endlessly to find us a house, submit our offer, and push the necessary people to ensure we met our deadline. She gave recommendations on lenders, insurance agents, and inspectors that she knew could work these tight schedules. Her professional skills as a real estate agent coupled with her reputable resources really puts Danette above the rest. All of this is bundled up into a bubbly, genuine woman who is looking out for your best interests. After closing, my two year old daughter spent the rest of the day asking "where Dana-nette go? Dana-nette come back? I want to see Dana-nette again." I will most definitely call Danette again if we are looking to buy or sell a house.

The Greatest Realtor EVER! Danette is the best. This was our 4th house purchase. We relocated from out of state, read her reviews online and they were 100% correct! She is always available by phone/text. Listened to what we wanted and worked to deliver. Most importantly, once we were under contract, she not only reminded us of all the other things we needed to do such as getting insurance, turning on power/water, getting an inspection, etc, but she actually called and set up our termite inspection, home inspection, and our land survey that we needed. She literally took care of everything! it was the least stressful, full service experience, that I will now expect when buying or selling a home. She was a real pleasure to work with. She is from the area, so she knows everything there is to know about the greater Gainesville areas. I hope to never move again, but if I do, she will be my realtor (for life!). If you are shopping for a realtor, call her immediately, do not even think of using anyone else.
